These women help collegiate members develop "Character for a Lifetime" by leading members through four leadership sessions. These programs allow collegians to not only connect with Alpha Phi alumnae, but explore Alpha Phi's core values of
character development,
intellectual development,
service,
leadership,
sisterhood, and
loyalty.
